To book your appointment(s) online, you must have:
- a provincial health card; and
- either a cell phone number OR a valid email address
If you do not have a provincial health card, email address or cell phone number:
- Call 1-833-727-5829 for booking COVID-19 Vaccine or Lab / ECG appointment
Please note: Telephone assistance to book appointments with the Saskatchewan Patient Booking System is available Monday through Friday 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and closed all Statutory holidays. Website bookings are available 24/7.
